Cascade Brewhouse and Cascade Brewery
The iconic Cascade Brewery has stood proudly for almost 200 years in the foothills of the striking Mt Wellington and is Australia’s oldest continuously operating brewery.
Within the aged sandstone walls, the Brewery crafts several well-known brews – Cascade Pale Ale, Cascade Premium Light, Cascade Lager, Cascade Bitter and Cascade Draught, as well as the award-winning Cascade Stout. Also, the Cascade operations produce a fine range of ciders including the Mercury cider range and Bonamy’s Apple Cider.
Opposite the Brewery, the Cascade Brewhouse, with its light and airy café and bar along with its beautifully landscaped heritage gardens, is a relaxing venue to meet your family and friends for a refreshing beverage, morning or afternoon tea or lunch. The Cascade Brewhouse is open between 10 am and 5 pm every day except Christmas Day and Good Friday.
The Cascade Brewhouse also conducts tours of the brewery. If you are interested in the brewing process, the tours are available during the same hours as per the operating hours of the Cascade Brewhouse.
Age restrictions apply.
Bookings are essential as visitors cannot go into the brewery unless on a conducted tour.
Outside general operating hours, the Cascade Brewhouse is available for private functions such as weddings.
