 The Basin Cafe, Cataract Gorge offers an excellent menu with items to fit most tastes and food preferences such as vegetarian and vegan. The cafe is open for breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea from 8am seven days a week. Phone: (03) 6331 5222 |  The images of the meals are as presented at the table. The staff were not forewarned that the meals would be on the web site. |  The fish, chips and salad...delicious. Author's note: The service at the Basin Cafe was friendly and of a very high standard. The quality of the food was excellent and good value for money. I visited the cafe the following day and received the same level of service and quality. I can recommend the Cafe. |
