What is it like on a farm?

Living in cities or towns does not offer much when it comes to farm life.

However, John and Frances at the Ashdale Miniature Farm on Bruny Island, have opened their farm to visitors so they can experience life on a farm.

The farm is a working farm and you can get up close and personal with the farm residents that are friendly and social.

The Ashdale Miniature Farm is a great place to sample farm life.

The farm has been developed over thirty years and features numerous miniature animals including llamas, donkeys, cows, sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and rabbits.

Note: Because Ashdale is a working farm, it is prudent to wear old clothes and sturdy walking shoes.

Ashdale is open seven days from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
